Everything in this place was brand new, the breakfast was fantastic, the room was amazing, and the central location was superb; had drinks at Cafeteria Donald nearby and highly recommend it.

The place was pleasant and had lovely staff from the same receptionist, truly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great and sensational with extremely fresh pastries and juices and good views, worth the price. It had marvellous location, close enough to the Old Town as well as the river called Plaza De Armas. I did not want to leave, so can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms were fine but everything else was very poor
The staff were surly and unhelpful, the wi fi was very poor and intimitent and only in parts of the lobby. Parking was expensive given the area was largely in the middle of nowhere and the local streets were uninviting

Shower was poorly designed- got water all over the bathroom floor. Would have liked free internet in the room, not just 30 minutes in the lobby.

the location of the hotel was wonderful, close to the Seville Museum of Fine Arts. the breakfast was reasonably priced and included a coffee to-go, which I loved. 3. the service at the hotel was very good. 4. the pool was clean. 5. Concierge service and wake-up calls were provided for free.
